Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of leakdetectionlondon.uk and to any leak detection services commissioned from Leak Detection London Ltd.

1. Quotes & pricing

All quotes are fixed-price, confirmed in writing, and valid for 30 days. Additional works beyond the original scope are quoted separately before proceeding.

2. Access & property

You are responsible for providing safe access to the property. We take reasonable care to avoid damage, but we are not liable for pre-existing defects revealed by our work.

3. No Find — No Fee

Applies only to domestic internal hot and cold pipework leaks, where the leak has been narrowed to a single room or area no larger than 5m × 5m, limited to a single 8-hour service day, maximum 1 kitchen and 3 bathrooms, with repair authorised on the same visit. Heating systems, drains and mains supply pipes are excluded.

4. Reports

Reports are prepared in good faith based on the survey carried out. They are intended to support a claim under your home insurance buildings cover. We cannot guarantee a specific insurer's response to any claim.

5. Payment

Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Liability

Our total liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We carry public liability insurance up to £5,000,000.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
